Australia's
Marketplace
for Operational Space.
SiteShare connects businesses needing flexible operational space with hosts who have underutilised industrial assets — storage, hardstand, laydown, warehouse overflow and more. Launching in Melbourne.
Marketplace launching soon — preview only.
Accessing flexible space shouldn't mean phone calls and spreadsheets.
Underutilised industrial assets
Hardstand, sheds and yards sitting idle while businesses scramble for space nearby.
Expensive long-term leases
Locking in 3–5 year leases for capacity you only need for a season or a project.
Poor visibility of available space
No single place to find what's available in your corridor, today.
Operational inefficiency
Crews waiting, materials double-handled, projects slipping because the yard is full.
Gumtree, Facebook & spreadsheets
Cold calls, group chats and word-of-mouth — not how serious operations should run.
No insurance or vetting
Informal arrangements leave hosts and businesses exposed when something goes wrong on site.
A two-sided marketplace, built for operations.
Search flexible space near you
Filter by location, type and capacity across your corridor to find what's available now.
Book the capacity you need
Daily, weekly or seasonal — only pay for what you use, with vetted hosts and clear terms.
Move in — no long lease
Get keys to ready-to-use, insured space and get on with the job.
Every kind of operational space.
From a few square metres of contractor storage to entire laydown yards — list and book the categories that matter to industrial operators.

Operational infrastructure deserves better than a group chat.
Industry-specific focus
Built for operational space — not desks, not parking. Real categories, real workflows.
Trust & verified onboarding
ID, insurance and site checks on both sides. You know who you're dealing with.
One place to operate
Bookings, payments, agreements and messaging — handled in a single workflow.
No long-term lock-in
Flexible terms so capacity scales with the job — not the other way around.
Built for the industries that move Australia.
Operators are asking for this.
Conversations from our early Melbourne research.
We couldn't order materials ahead because there was nowhere on site to stack them. By the time we had room, stock was on backorder — and that lag held up the whole job. A laydown yard near site would've let us get materials in early and avoid the delay.
Half my hardstand sits empty between projects. If someone could plug in for three months and pay fair money, I'd take it tomorrow.
Right now it's Gumtree, WhatsApp and a mate-of-a-mate. A proper marketplace for operational space is well overdue.
