Licensed hardstand yards and truck parking, without the long lease.
SiteShare leases industrial sites across Melbourne's corridors and licenses secure, flexible yards to operators. Tell us what you need — we handle the site, the paperwork and the access.
Getting operational space shouldn't mean a five-year commitment.
Expensive long-term leases
Locking in a 3–5 year lease for capacity you only need for a project.
Yards that are already full
No room to move when the job needs space — crews waiting, materials double-handled.
Nothing near site
Nowhere close by to stage materials or park the fleet between shifts.
Informal arrangements
Handshake deals with no insurance and no paperwork leave you exposed.
You deal with us — we handle everything behind it.
Tell us what you need
Space type, size or vehicle count, corridor, start date and term.
We match you to a yard
From a site in our portfolio, or we source and secure one in your corridor. You get a clear proposal, not a cold call.
Sign the licence and move in
We hold the head lease and manage insurance, access and paperwork. You get on with the job.
Every kind of operational yard.
From a few hundred square metres of secure hardstand to a full laydown yard — licensed on terms that suit the job.

Operators are asking for this.
Conversations from our early Melbourne research.
We couldn't order materials ahead because there was nowhere on site to stack them. By the time we had room, stock was on backorder — and that lag held up the whole job. A laydown yard near site would've let us get materials in early and avoid the delay.
Right now it's Gumtree, WhatsApp and a mate-of-a-mate. A proper way to licence a secure yard for a few months is well overdue.
